To qualify as a Licensed Insurance Advisor who provides fee-based insurance advice to Massachusetts organizations and expert witness testimony to plaintiffs and defendants, Russo had to demonstrate a track record of exceptionally high standards of professional propriety and ethics and complete advanced education in the insurance field.
